How to read this
I have some bad news for all actors and actresses who never received an Oscar nomination before. For them to get an Oscar nomination in the Best Actor or Best Actress category, they need a nomination from the Golden Globe and/or the Screen Actors Guild (a personal nomination, an ensemble nomination is not enough!).
If they fail to get that, their points will be divided by 3.

It has to be Nigel Hawthorne for "The Madness of King George", in the very first year of SAG awards.
I would guess Laura Linney for "The Savages". I'm pretty certain she didnt get a Golden Globe nomination and SAG nod.
Yes, since the Screen Actors Guild Awards exist, Nigel Hawthorne is the only one who got a first acting nomination - and in a leading role- without being singled out by both Golden Globes and SAG.
Of the 67 performers who received their very first Oscar nomination as leading actors/actresses since 1995, 47 received as well Golden Globes AND SAG nominations, 19 received either a Golden Globe or a SAG nomination, only one didn't receive either.
"Closest" second would be Keisha Castle Hughes, who did receive an Oscar nomination for Whale Rider, was snubbed by the Globes, and did receive a SAG nomnation, but in the supporting actress category.
(@Chrisswpg: Laura Linney doesn't count, since the nomination she received for The Savages was not her first one)
